Soak up the last days of the Taurus Party!

Remember how I waxed poetic about the Iris’ in my yard a few weeks ago? Excited to report that they just sprouted buds! The whole neighborhood was full of blooms weeks ago, but my flowers are taking their sweet time. To me, they are a reminder to allow ourselves to receive the water and sunlight we need rather than just pushing through for the sake of “being on time.” Living in this capitalist society, we all have deadlines we are bound to, but as we close out Taurus season I ask you, where in your life can you take the time you need? Yesterday Mercury the planet of communication, technology, and how we think, joined the Taurus Party we currently have going on in the sky. When quick-witted Mercury moves into slow and steady Taurus, we are reminded that many of our best ideas arrive when we take the time to stop and smell the roses. This week we are reminded that creativity thrives in the state of reception.
